We're looking for a new team member to join our mission driven team.
For our fast-moving digital health company, we are looking for an ML engineer with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). You'll develop and deploy innovative models to enhance healthcare solutions. If you are a creative thinker with robust technical skills and a desire to push the boundaries of health technology, join us in our mission to transform healthcare with cutting-edge AI.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure it's suitable for training machine learning models.
Keep up with the state of the art, develop and train machine learning models using open-source frameworks
Optimize model performance through tuning hyperparameters and validate models using appropriate metrics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Integrate machine learning models into the product infrastructure and deploy them to production environments, ensuring they run efficiently.
Master’s (with 3-5 years of experience) or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence or related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++ , and proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks for machine learning (PyTorch).
Previous experience working with LLM is highly desired.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clinicians and healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of MLOps or machine learning system design is optional but highly desired
